BEACH CHAIRS

NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD - $9.95 Standard Shipping for one chair and $19.95 for a bundle of 2 chairs

WA, SA & TAS - 19.95 - Standard Shipping for one chair and $29.95 for a bundle of 2 chairs

NT - $39.95 Standard Shipping for one chair and $69.95 for a bundle of 2 chairs

All Shipping rates for more than 2 beach chairs will be calculated by weight at the checkout.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be emailed tracking information and updates on the progress of your delivery. If there is no one available to receive your parcel, our shipping partner will leave a card with collection details, make sure to bring photo ID to collect your parcel. Please note, the shipping cost that we incur for orders is non refundable.

BEACH UMBRELLAS & BEACH CHAIRS

Only Express Shipping rates are available and will be calculated by weight at checkout. We offer the following shipping service via DHL (carriers are subject to change):

Delivery days are approximates and exclude any customs or delays due to reasons outside our carrier's control. Please check with New Zealand Customs on duties, taxes or handling charges that may be payable by you. You can check whether you are liable to pay by following the link here: New Zealand Customs. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by ISLA. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified with tracking information and kept up to date with the progress of your delivery. ISLA cannot be held responsible for theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent. Please note, the shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

ALL ORDERS

Once we have received your order and payment has been made, the order will be sent the following business day. 

For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, your items will be shipped on the next business day. 

We aim to process your order within the timeframes given, but if for any reason we are experiencing any delays with shipping your items, we will contact you to let you know. 

If you would like to make any changes to your shipping information, please contact us hello@islalabel.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your details. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect. 

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. ISLA cannot be held responsible for theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent.
