Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Make sure to double-check your order and shipping address before checking out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during sale periods. Please expect a delay of 5-10 business days during these times. Express Post orders will be shipped within 1-3 days. Our team will be working hard to get all orders out ASAP.
